 The
Carisa y Palma Resort is
in Punta Cancun, the
"elbow" of the Cancun
Hotel Zone. You won't
need to pay for taxi's
or bus rides. This is
the best concentration
of nightlife,
restaurants and shopping
in a 3 block area. We
are just 14 mi. from the
airport and 7 mi. from
downtown!
It is Mexican Vegas, but
at any time you can
retreat to the peace and
quiet of the resort, a
spacious private suite
and huge balcony. You'll
have 24 hour security.
This is a gated
community. Wild,
destructive, spring
break behavior is not
tolerated inside the
resort. It's never
overcrowded like the
chartered hotels.
You'll save money having
your own fully-equipped
kitchen with the luxury
of daily maid service.
The rest of the hotel
zone is very stretched
out, >20 miles, mostly
resorts with the
occasional shopping and
a restaurant site. This
location is so
spectacular, you will be
the envy of other
vacationers.
 Help
us out. We just bought
(2006) this beautiful
but empty, 900 square
foot condo. It has 5
rooms and 26 feet of
balcony. This first year
we are renting it out as
cheap as possible to
develop new contacts and
spread the word.
ALL NEW... The
condo has been
completely remodeled:
New...beds(2 kings and a
queen) , cable TV,
telephone, fridge,
toaster, coffee maker,
microwave, A/C, mirrors,
lighting and fans,
marbled floors, all
furniture, in-room
safe(with fee). There is
a...gasp......Jaccuzzi
in the master bathroom.
If you know the Carisa
building, this is the
only double unit. We are
on the 3rd floor(5th in
height because of the
gym and lobby below).
There are 2 elevators.
Please DO NOT smoke in
the rooms. Smoking is
permitted on the
balcony. We really
appreciate your
consideration.

Our Beach, 10 miles of
white sugar sand, boogie
boarding, surfing, the
lullaby sound of the
surf, swim, snorkel,
freshwater pool and
grotto area protected
from the wind, sun
bathing at it's best
with an awesomely
romantic lookout point.
See the lagoon area that
is very shallow and
safer for children and
non-swimmers.
On site: tennis, gym
(windows to ocean),
sauna, quick-stop mart,
tour desk... At these
prices why get all
inclusive? Free parking
and full service lobby,
gated community, and
24-hour security.
